Hexham Community Centre, Gilesgate, NE46 3NP

All of those interested in the future of Hexham are warmly invited to join members of the Council and the Hexham Town Plan Steering Committee at the Hexham Annual Town Meeting on Monday, March 18th.

This year the event, for town organisations and individual residents, will take place on Monday, at 7pm in Hexham Community Centre on Gilesgate. The theme of the meeting will be ‘Hexham Town Plan; 2013-18: Making it Happen!’   We need your input. (more…)

For the past year, the Hexham Town Plan team has been collecting ideas from residents and businesses about how they would like the town to look over the next 5 to 10 years and has received input from many Civic Society members.

The work to date has now been drawn together in a town wide survey. It is really important that the survey captures as many people’s opinions as possible and so please do take this opportunity to have your say.

The survey can be completed online at:

Or paper copies are available to collect and return at the Library and Cinema.

All responses must be received before 25th January.
